("BOKU"), have awarded the contract for the detailed design and construction engineering of the La Patona Gold Ore Processing Plant ("La Patona") to Stratumx CC S.A.C. ("StratumX"), a multidisciplinary consulting, engineering and project management firm, working alongside Nativo's in-house engineering team. Work has commenced. Highlights · Detailed design and construction engineering contract for La Patona awarded to StratumX, in partnership with Nativo's in-house engineering team; work has started. · Converts the completed (Front-End Engineering Design) FEED and Basis of Design into the issued-for- construction engineering and procurement specifications needed to order equipment and build the plant. · Marks the transition from FEED into the Detailed Design / Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) stage of Nativo's phased build (Initial phase of 70 Tonnes Per Day (TPD) capacity, expanding to 110 TPD and 350 TPD). · Keeps La Patona on track for equipment and services ordering in Q4 2026, with first gold targeted in H1 2027; Phase 1 construction funding is secured via the non-dilutive gross revenue share arrangement with Chancery Royalty announced on 18 September 2026.
